Atlantic Mackerel have beautiful metallic green and blue upper parts with irregular bands along the back. They are a fast-swimming fish that make extensive migrations and are normally found in shoal waters of less than 200 meters. Mackerel flesh is high in fat, Omega 3 and Omega 6, and has a rich and distinct flavor.
